News Corp. and Telstra have reached an agreement to sell the Foxtel Group to sports streaming platform DAZN for approx. $2.1 billion. The deal includes debt refinancing and minority stakes for both companies in DAZN, with News Corp. and is expected to enhance international exposure for Australian sports.
