Hulu is set to premiere the 2D-animated adult comedy series ‘Standing By’ on August 8 in the U.S. The show, created by Dan Levy and Ally Pankiw, offers a comedic take on human life as seen through the eyes of judgmental Guardian Angels. The series boasts an impressive voice cast including Dan Levy, David Tennant, Glenn Close, Natalie Palamides, Poppy Liu, and Samira Wiley. Levy and Pankiw also serve as executive producers alongside showrunner Danielle Uhlarik. The show is produced by 20th Television Animation.
